Read Review
Overview : Pond UV (ultraviolet) clarifier designed to reduce plumbing hassles Rotating fitting and barbed adaptor ease pond UV installation Cleansing UV light clarifies murky unsightly green pond water Take pond UV clarifier design in new directions for more flexible installation options. Innovative Little Giant PondWorks® UV Clarifier features a fitting that rotates a full 360 degrees to exceed conventional plumbing limitations (elbow fitting on UVP-9 and swivel adaptor on UVP-36). Ultra-tough construction boasts industrial-grade materials for years of reliable use. Non-submersible UV clarifier can be placed discretely between your pond's skimmer and biological waterfall filter to improve efficient, chemical-free filtration. Cleansing ultraviolet light supports pond water quality and clarity for healthy and clear koi ponds or water gardens. The Little Giant UV Clarifier is designed with safety features to prevent UVC radiation exposure. Thermally sensitive electronic ballast helps prevent heat overload to extend ballast life. For best results, replace UV bulb every season (replacement bulbs available). Requires appropriately sized water pump and tubing for inline use or as an independent stand-alone unit. Additional features: Designed for easy installation and non-submersible use in ponds Double seal helps prevent leaks Safety mechanisms to help protect against UVC radiation exposure Safe for aquatic plants and fish Easy maintenance and cleaning access without tools Includes mounting brackets for added stability Model Flow Rate (gph) Pond Size (gallons) Fittings Dimensions UVP-9 350 up to 1,200 3/4" and 1" 13" x 6" x 5" high UVP-18 750 1,200 to 2,500 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" 13" x 6" x 5" high - UVP-36 1,800 2,500 to 4,000 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" 20-1/2" x 6" x 5" high Please click on "More Information" for installation instructions.
